1. Contact Us With Your Order Number
Please let us know you’d like to cancel or refund an order.
To help us find your order quickly, provide your order number when you contact us.
- Don’t have your order number handy?
No worries! We can help you find it—just provide us with your name, email, or phone number used during checkout.
2. We’ll Check Your Order Status
Once we have your order details, we’ll look up your order and check if cancellation or refund is possible.
- If we can’t find your order:
We may ask you to verify your details again.
3. If Your Order Can Still Be Cancelled
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet (i.e., it hasn’t been “Dispatched” or “Delivered”), we can usually cancel it right away.
- We’ll let you know:
“We’re still able to cancel your order. Give us just a minute to process this for you!”
After the cancellation is confirmed:
- You’ll receive a refund to your original payment method within 2 working days.
- We’ll confirm once the process is complete.
4. If Your Order Has Already Shipped or Been Delivered
- Dispatched:
We’ll provide you with a shipment tracking number. If you no longer want the item, you can return it after delivery. - Delivered:
Let us know if you’d like to return the item. If so, we’ll guide you through the returns process, including:- Generating a return label and RMA number
- Processing your refund, including shipping costs if the full order is returned
